“2023 History Preservationist of the Year”

The Licking County Historical Society named Gary Chisolm the “History Preservationist of the Year” for his work on the 1870 Newark Map Restoration project. There are only 2 known copies of this map, which are roughly 24" x 28". Both are severely discolored and damaged due to their age. The original map was published by Ruger and Stoner just following the Civil War.

Below is a less than 2-minute video shows the before and after details of this map restoration. Under the video are links to other preservations and restorations of images from the past.

Are your Ancestors just fading away or are you keeping them in the dark?

We can help bring your relatives back to the future!

No, we do not have a Delorean with a Flux Capacitor. We do have high end computers and advanced digital editing software. More importantly we have the photo restoration skills necessary to help keep your ancestors from fading away forever.

Once we have completed a restoration, It is not unusual for our clients to order additional copies to share this newfound family history with other relatives.

Below are just a few samples of our photo restoration work. Take a look at all the samples below, this should give you a good idea of what is possible. There is also more information about that specific image restoration. If you do not see something similar to what you require, please gives us a call. We love a good challenge!
